The apartments everyone knows as Willowtree has been purchased by College Park Communities. College Park is the nation's leading student
housing provider with over 60 communities. "We're all so excited to join the premier student housing team in the country," said Terri Leirstein,
Community Manager.
College Park Communities prides itself with a mission to create a HOME for their residents. According to Joe Coyle, President, "HOME is our
mission - Helpful, Open Minded, Motivated, Ethical." These principles have guided College Park to provide excellent customer service and a fun
environment to their residents.
Willowtree is still leasing for spring and fall, 2005. They offer one and two bedroom apartment homes. The floor plan (pictured below) is roommate
friendly because it has a large living area, separate bathroom vanities and lots of closet space. "Our residents love the fact that they can walk to
North Campus and hop on the AATA for a quick ride to Central Campus. It's so convenient," says Betsy Barrett, Leasing Director.
There are many upcoming renovations and new amenities to look forward to. "We are adding a Fitness Center with a Tanning Booth, a Game Room
and a Computer Center. We will also have a Community Center for all of our residents to enjoy," Leirstein stated. Willowtree has always been known
for its beautiful landscaping, private lake and scenic jogging path. In addition, it offers a pool, sand volleyball, full court basketball and a tennis court.
Willowtree Apartments has an on site management office at 1819 Willowtree Lane and they are in the office from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday
