research study of an investigational
drug for the treatment of symptoms
associated with Irritable Bowel
Syndrome.
Patients:
Females, 18-60 years or older, suffering from symptoms
of IBS including:
B s Abdominal Pain and Discomfort
* Major bowel habit of diarrhea
* Urgency (a feeling of having to go to the bathroom)
" Bloating
A feeling of incomplete elimination after a
bowel movement
