Recently, some people
have been critical of Nike's
labor practices around
the world.
But if you think this
is one of those lame
"advertorials," where a
company tries to paper
over a serious problem
with an ad, think again.
In fact, that's all we
ask: that you think for
yourself. And that you
do it after you've got
the facts.
Here's where to find
them: www.nikebiz.com.
As a school that carries
officially licensed Nike
merchandise on campus,
you, more than anyone
else, have a right to know
where those products
are made.
Our website will tell
you exactly which factory
produced those goods
and where that factory
is located, along with
additional information
on Nike's labor practices
around the world.
Information that's been
verified by independent,
outside auditors. So it's as
close to the truth as you
can get without actually
visiting one of our factories
-although we're putting
the finishing touches on a
program that will allow
you-to do just that.
So while we definitely
care what you think, we're
not going to try and tell
you how to think.
All we want is for you to
be informed.
