Ferri LaMarco, the associate direc- at Career Planning and Placement, d, "Employers in the job market Lay are looking for students with a )ad educational background." She predicted that although entry-level salaries will vary by many thousands of dollars per year, most LSA grads will begin post-collegiate employ-+ ment making $25-40 thousand anual- ly. Students who are not sure about how to find the job of their dreams (or3 are worried about figuring out what the job of their dreams is) need look1 no further than the Web. There are dozens of sites floating around the World Wide Web to help students pin- point their interests and strengths, as well as to give them advice on how and where to get a job.; The University also offers many1 resources to its students through CP&P, in the hopes of ensuring a suc- cessful departure from their college career. Some of those resources include FORUM (the online recruit- ment system), job fairs, CP&P Job Bulletin via Job Track and on-campus recruiting sessions. So whether students are in the mar- ket for a part-time job during school, looking for an internship, or graduat- ing and hunting for a "real" job, stress is not necessarily justified. The University is convinced it is looking out for this sphere of student lives, and the same is true of its picturesque home, Ann Arbor.
