"People sit on chairs or on blankets - it's a great atmosphere." Gia Zanwameeke, another LSA sophomore from Ann Arbor, visits Top of the Park each year. "We've had it for a really long time," Zanwameeke said. "Popular restaurants have food stands everywhere. Then, a band usually plays and everyone goes there and listens, and then comes the movie ... It's really great.' Top of the Park isn't the city's only summer attraction. Probably the biggest and most-publicized event of the sum- mer is Julys Art Fair, which attracts peo- ple, artists and vendors from across the country. "It usually lasts for five days or so;' said Singhal, who said clothing, jewelry See CITY, Page 168 Sunday (continued) THEATER House Blend Series Ann Arbor playwrights read new, original short plays.
