Yea, verily, a better jump start in the morning than a burn-
ing bush under your bed. Entertaining, provocative and full of
tireless devotion to undergraduate education, English and
religious studies professor Ralph Williams shall remain king
of this category forever and ever. Amen.
Best Course:
Various Psychology Courses
In a University without required courses, it's no wonder we
can't agree on a single favorite. Can you say core curriculum?
No, of course you can't, you haven't had enough English
classes ... .
Best Blow-Off Course:
"Orgo," or Organic Chemistry 210
Gluttons for punishment, all of you. If a chemistry class is
a blow-off, then writing a 40-page term paper is a Sunday
afternoon of relaxation.

West Quad
A winner likely chosen by all the scores of first-year students
who didn't get into West Quad because all the upperclassmen
filled it to the gills. The old "grass is always greener" mentality.

His Hobey Baker Award and leadership to a national cham-
pionship last year make up his immeasurable contribution.
