Humorous, descriptive,

somewhat less than the best, though
truly informative and quite enjoyable,
even if she was roughly as satisfying as
a pager on vibrate and about as sensual-
ly creativeas 2 Live Crew lyrics."
- Bryan Lark, "Dispassionate, blased
performance highlights phone sex
experience," March 20, 1997
"'There are literally hundreds of peo-
ple who are part of (Michigan football)
who get nothing except they get to be
part of something that's really very

exciting, and very good."'
- Michigan Stadium announcer
Howard King, in Jim Rose's "The voice
of Michigan Stadium," Sept. 26, 1996
"I couldn't think of any less a soulful
person than Bob Dole, other than maybe
Ted Nugent. The Nuge's 'Wang Dang
Sweet Poontang' would have been a bet-
ter selection to have all those Republicans
boogying in their hunting boots anyway."

Best Coffee:
Espresso Royale Caffe
With lots of locations, and this year's
interior decor renovations, Espresso
gives you pretty good coffee for your
buck. According to their posted signs,
they even promise to lower their prices

once the coffee market stabilizes.
Best Burgers:
Blimpy Burger
Hey, any restaurant that can give you
almost 32 patties of hamburger (their
record) has got to be good. Forget the

big chains, this little one is where it's at.
Best French Fries:
McDonald's
OK, can someone tell me why is it
that Americans like their fries over-salt-
ed and anemic?

Best Wings:

toppings galore beat out the stiff compe-
tition. Maybe we all should "jet" from.
class and grab an early lunch.
Best Hot Dogs:
Red Hot Lovers
Gotta love big juicy weiners - Red
Hot's is pretty finger lickin' good. And
there's only 100 percent beef here, baby.
And an honorable mention has to go to
the entry, "the corner hotdog stand" - I
think this refers to that guy on the corner
of North University and State Streets.

"Best Wings" marks this Spot. There's
nothing like some good ol' chicken
wings, with some spicy, dripping sauce.
Best Low-Calorie Food
(tie):
Subway; Y&S
Lots of sandwich toppings makes
them a college student's staple.. Add
Y&S's frozen yogurt, located next
door in the MUG, and you've got a
whole meal. So eat like a low-cal pig
and still look like a million bucks.
