Why: Irons took advantage of Ohio State's double-teaming of William Carr, recording 12
unassisted and 16 total tackles, moving him into second place on the Wolverines' all-time
list (434). He led a Michigan defensive effort, which shut out the Buckeyes' offense in the
second half, allowing Ohio State only nine points for the game, their lowest point total since
they lost to the Wolverines, 28-0, in 1993.
