PATIENT CARE TECHNICIANS
Foote Hospital, in Jackson, Michigan, a 488-
bed acute care facility, has several
opportunities available for Patient Care
Technicians for our medical/surgical units.
Positions are part-time on 1st and 2nd shifts.
These positions were designed for students
currently enrolled in a health care program at
a college or university, who want to gain
inpatient acute care experience, while
finishing their education. One of the
requirements for the position is that you must
have completed at least three months' clinical
course work in an acute care setting or six
months clinical course work in non-acute
setting.
Basic responsibilities include participating in
patient care under the direction and
supervision of a registered nurse. Many of
the duties are similar to our nurse aide
positions, but more responsibility will be
assigned.
We offeriacpay range of $7.46 - 10.74.
Benefits include shift differential, tuition
reimbursement, insurance benefits for
positions that are 20 hours per week, and
