Joshua Redman Voted 1994 Jazz Artist of the Year by
Rolling Stone Magazine and Down Beat critics, saxophonist
extraordinaire graces Eastern Michigan University's Pease
Auditorium at 8 p.m. It's a show no true jazz lover would dare
miss.
Reeltime Here we've got fiddlers, guitarists and pianists
twiddling to the tune of everything from jazz to Hawaiian to Texas

Kirk Whalum Memphis saxophonist brings his R & B and
contemporary jazz instrumentals to 7th House in Pontiac. Also
with Peter White, Mark Antoine and Rick Braun. Shows begin at

God Lives Underwater Something tells me this concert
isn't going to be anything like what University Gospel Chorale is
putting on.You be the judge. St. Andrew's.
RFD Boys Performing since 1969, this bluegrass band is out
to show why it's one of Ann Arbor's favorites. 8 p.m. at The Ark,

Mark Braun This blues/boogie-woogie pianist performs two

Casan Tan Pronounced "kiss-on ton" and meaning "kiss of
fire," this Welsh group will be creating some exotic sounds at the
Ark. They even have a harpist. 8 p.m., tickets are $9-$10 at door.
