Books, films, music, theater, fine arts - access to all these mediums lies here at your fingertips. Don't smudge the print. We at Weekend etc. cordially invite you into our pages. Glance at them with more than wanton perusal. Absorb them, let them become you. After all, it may be our Weekend etc., but it's your weekend. rsity Softball DiaITIfl -th p e n i a l n c l l B b C a r o l i s a t t h 2 n d F L O O R ! M7. t I 3 1 ' h , . Clearly before the days of massive computer clusters, a typewriter was a necessary tool for the paper-stricken student. It was a simpler day - no disks, no printers, no lost files, no temperamental hard drives. You could just trot on over to the "U. Cellar" (wherever that may have been), and fora paltry sum, rent your very own Wilson, complete with spell check, word processing programs, spreadsheets and grammar check. Oh wait - typewriters had none of that. Remember this ad the next time you find yourself cursing the lines at the Angell Hall computing center.
