Worst local band: This one's a no
brainer, the Vudu Hippies.
Best Hill show: Soul Asylum. Went
in there knowing nothing and come out
a big fan. They did "Sexual Healing;"
how could I complain.
Best Blind Pig show: Blue Rodeo.
Best Ark show: Vinx. He let me
jam with him!
Best Michigan Theater show:
Phish. They liked it so much they're
back for two more.
Worst place to see a show: The
Majestic in Detroit.
Biggest national music tragedy:
Last May, a car crash claimed the lives
of two members of The Jody Grind.
People down in Athens, GA say the
band has reformed and still rocks.
