This is a sidebar from an article on
the premiere of "Gandhi." This "Daily
'Gandhi' contest' was supposed to be
apromnotion for the movie, but doesn't
it sound like a Gandhi look-alike con-
test? But this isn't even a real contest!
There's no trivia question for you to
answer, no witty puzzle for you to
you get a free movie button. Big
whoop! I personally favor the idea of
aGandhilBen Kingsley look-alike con-
test. Not like a Madonna look-alike
contest -it's not real difficult to wear
your lingerie on the outside of your
clothing. This would be a guts contest.
You would have to be willing to shave
sheets-and-a-diaperimage. Hey-you
could win the "Gandhi" soundtrack-
that rivetting musical extravaganza
which I'm sure topped the charts.
Maybe we should do the same for Sir
Richard Attenborough's latest biogra-j
phy, "Chaplin." Although I doubt we,
could find someone with Robert
solve - just fill out the coupon and your head and don the two-white- Downey Jr.'s eyelashes ...
