SARAFINAi Adaptation of the popular Broadway musical about South Africa. With Whoopi Goldberg. The best movie since "Salaam Bombay!" to contain an exclamation point in the title. At Showcase: 12, 2:15, 4:35, 7:05. ScHOOL TIES It's got a bunch of hunks but a serious theme too, dealing with anti-Semitism in the '50s. With the Encino Man himself, Brendan Fraser. At Showcase: 9:20, 11:35. *SINGLES Cameron Crowe's ("Say Anything") latest is a romantic comedy about young folks in love for young folks in love. It's not all that great, but any movie that gives Tad and Eddie Vedder lines is hard to resist. With Matt Dillon, Bridget Fonda, Kyra Sedgwick, Campbell Scott (just chock full of those yuppie movie stars) and a swingin' Seattle soundtrack. At Showcase: 12:30,2:40,4:50, 7:20, 9:35, 11:40.
