In Saturday's 61-7 defeat of Houston, Peoples, a strong safety, keyed the defense's new
aggressive stance. He registered two sacks on the afternoon, a career high for a single game.
Peoples also had an interception and fumble recovery, leading to 14 Michigan points.
BACKGROUND:
Started the season with seven tackles and three tackle-assists at Notre Dame ... had four tackles
and one tackle-assist last week against Oklahoma State ...Played in 11 of 12 games last season
