Mini Courses is a committee of the University Activities Center (UAC).
UAC, (pronounced you-ack), is the largest student-run organization on campus, providing an
opportunity for students to become involved in a variety of extracurricular activities.

An introduction for those interested in an in-depth approach to massage. The three hour class
consists of a half to one-hour discussion, a 15-minute demonstration, and a one-hour massage
exchange. The discussions will focus on physiological understanding of techniques, and working
with pain, injury, and rehabilitation. Anatomy will be introduced. Bring a towel or a sheet.
