Bears defeat Lions in OT CHICAGO (AP) - Jim Har- baugh's 50-yard touchdown pass to Neal Anderson with 4:03 left in overtime Sunday gave the Chicago Bears a 23-17 victory over the Detroit Lions. The Bears won the toss in overtime and elected to defend the north goal and get the strong wind at their back. It nearly proved costly. The Lions (4-8) took the kick and marched to the Chicago 17, but Eddie Murray's 35-yard field goal was wide left. The Bears (10-2) then picked up three first downs before Harbaugh hit Anderson with the winning pass.
