tracks. In her testimony, the woman
said she had not been raped and could
not identify her assailant, apart from
the fact he was 'around six feet tall,'
police said.

her assailant's height as around
5'9". But Caldwell thinks the at-
tacker might be the same man in
both cases.
"If you want to hang your hat on
a couple of inches difference that's
fine," Caldwell said. "But the
method of attack was the same. They
both took place after dark, both vic-
tims were attacked from behind and
they occurred within two days of
each other."
The student who was allegedly at-
tacked Monday night was treated at
the University hospital for minor
cuts described as scratches. Caldwell
said it was still unclear how the in-
juries were inflicted.,

Borgsdorf and Mayor pro tem
Tom Richardson pointed out that the
citizens voted 2-1 against a .5 mil to

allot more tax money toward low-in-
come housing.
Borgsdorf said that while "there
hasn't been any (low-income hous-
ing) constructed in a long time," he
didn't think it was fair to form the
issue as housing vs. cars.
