Chinese Student
,PAssociation
The goal of CSA is to assist
and serve the University's
Chinese community, but the
group welcomes any student
interested in learning more
about the Chinese people and
culture.
Chinese Student Union
CSU is devoted to helping its

members overcome the
difficulties and solving the
BGA is an organization
comprised of members from
each of the'Black fraternities
and sororities on campus. It
provides a central governing
body for the Black Greek
organizations and sponsors
programs and activities that
benefit minority students as
well as the entire campus.
Black Law Student
Alliance
BLSA helps recruit Black
students, encourages their
admission, works to insure
academic success, and

broadens their awareness of
the needs of the nation and of
the Black community.
Students are shown how legal
skills can be used to achieve
social and political goals as
well as to serve personal
ambitions.
Black Medical Association
BMA is a chapter of the
Student National Medical
Association and consists of
minority medical students at
the University. Primary goals
are recruitment, retention,
and community health
services.

Black Organization for
Student Services
BOSS is a group whose
purpose is to provide
services, both social and
academic, to the University's
student body. They plan to
achieve this through social
activities, peer counseling,
and scholarship support.
Black Pre-Medical
Association
The purpose of the
association is to provide an
atmosphere where students
can learn more about
medicine and its
requirements. Through

contact with those practicing
medicine or attending medical
school, students will have
models to provide mentoring,
tutoring, and counseling.
Black Student Media
Coalition
problems they encounter at
the University. Members are
primarily students and
scholars from the People's
Republic of China, but the
group promotes interactions
with other organizations on
campus, both foreign and
American.

Coalition of Asian Social
Workers
Membership is open to
Asians, Asian Americans, and
other interested people of any
nationality. The group tries to
promote understanding and
awareness of the Asian and
Asian American community
while insuring the policies of
the School of Social Work
reflect the address the
concerns of Asians and Asian
Americans.
