Better still, they're able to do so without alienating those with even the most eccentric of fashion tastes. So if you're looking for the perfect outfit or accessory to communicate your personality, try these stores: - Choc Choc, 1731 Plymouth Rd. in the North Campus Plaza. Don't let the name fool you. This store is not in the chocolate business (it's pronounced "Shock Shock"). And don't let the words "North Campus" deter you either, for Choc Choc has a lot to offer the student market. "Our clothing represents a uniqueness that no other boutique has," said Julie Venners, the store's manager. "We are trying to escape from the norm and our clothing represents something new and something refreshing." The store motto is "For men and women who hate to dress ordinary," and it shows. The merchandise is visually exciting, and an ample selection of accessories and jewelry is a particular strong point. Venners stresses that Choc Choc definitely has the student pocketbook in mind. "We don't want to frighten our customers," See STORES, Page 9 / ~t,. / / K -J z z LU a e"0
