2. SECOND CHANCE SWEEPSTAKES: In the event all 3011 prizes are not
awarded per Rule #1, a Second Chance random drawing will be held from among all Second
Chance entries received. To enter the Second Chance sweepstakes, hand print your name, address
(including zip code) and telephone number on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper and mail it ina hand-
addressed envelope no larger than 4V/ " x 9" (#10 envelope) to: Miller Lite Spring Break Second
Chance Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4039, Blair, NE 68009. Enter as often as you wish. Limit one entry
per envelope. Alaentries must be received by Aprif24,1987.
3. The 3011 dial-in winners will be determined by Dial Info. The Second Chance drawing will be
held on or about May 11, 1987, from among all Second Chance entries received, under the
supervision of the D. L. Blair Corporation, an independent judging organization whose decisions
on all matters relatingto this offer, including final winner verification, are final. No responsibility is assumed
for lost, late or misdirected mail, nor can we be responsible for incomplete information recorded by the
electronic operator per Rule #1.
4. This sweepstakes is open to residents of the U.S. who are of legal drinking age in their state of
residence at time of entry. Employees of Miller Brewing Company, Philip Morris Companies, Inc., their
distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, retailers, their families and
employees of retailers are not eligible. Void in the states of TX, MO and wherever prohibited by law. Taxes on
prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No
substitution of prizes permitted. Prizewinners may be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligilbility
within 21 days of notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, an alternate winnerwill
be selected. Any prize returned to the sponsor or to the DL. Blair Corporation as undeliverable will be
awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per family. Travel prize winners must agree to depart and
return on dates specified by the sponsor and accomplish prize within one year of notification. Grand and
First Prize travelers must agree to sign and return a Release of Liability within 24 days of notification and
must be of legal drinking age in the state or country they are traveling to. The odds of dialing our 800 number
and being transferred to an electronic operator in order to be eligible for a prize will depend upon the time
yo were calling. The odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance random drawing mill depend apon the
number of unawarded dial-in prizes and the number of Second Chance entries received.
