'I e , _ Y X S When the Spring Break trips to Florida en- ded, many students returned to Ann Arbor and headed back to class with envy-inspiring suntans. But like all good things, suntans eventually fade. Enter the tanning parlors. Local parlors use two methods of tanning. Alpha, or UV-A rays. tan your skin. The Beta, or UV-B rays, ac- count for the burning and peeling thataalways seem to go along with suntans.
