University Musical Society
The Orpheus Chanber Ensemble will
make its fourth Ann Arbor appearance
tonight at 8:30. They will perform a
program of lively pieces including Bar-
tok's Rumanian Dances, and Mozart's

Ars Musica
J.S. Bach's The St. John Passion has
been chosen as the final work of the
'83/84 season for Ars Musica. The 18th
century orchestra will perform on
original instruments from the period.

Arts Chorale
The University Arts Chorale, a group
of non-music students, will be joined by
the Kantorei der Friedenskirche in
their spring concert. The Kantorei, one
of the finest church choirs in West
Germany, will perform works by
Kodaly, Mendelssohn, and Britten.
Volker Ebers will direct the Kantorei,
and Martin Werner will direct the Arts
Chorale. The concert will begin at 8

Boucicault's Victorian comic master-

Eddie Harris, veteran jazz player,
