The lawyer said the presence of other

in which groups, such as the Nazis,
were allowed to hold demonstrations

confrontation.
The American Civil Liberties Union,
which entered the case on behalf of

minute attempt to find a federal judge
in Detroit who would rule in favor of the

before the speech, no judge had been
found.
KAHANE SAID his message on the0

ON JUNE 23, Delinikos withdrew
$490,000 in cash and cashie''s checks.
Two days later, he withdrew another
$33,228 in cashier's checks. On June 30,
he withdrew another $25,000 in cash and
cashier's checks.
Ultimately, court records said
Delinikos withdrew all but about
$32,000.
"I think everybody had a good laugh,
that someone could pull that off," said
Chris Pappas of Warren, who knew
Delinikos through his sister.
PAPPAS' father, Constantine "Gus"
Pappas, said, "If I had the money, I'd
go to the moon."
On June 30, a clerk at the French
American Bank in New York, which
handles transfers between inter-
national and domestic accounts, found
the error. Second National was instrue-
ted late that day to freeze Delinikos;
account.:"
A bank official went to Delinikos'
house and found the lights on, but no'
one home.
Neuman said Delinikos, who had
worked for the Greek government;
rhoved to Warren with his wife and'
children several years ago to pursue
business opportunities. He and his'
brother formed the Amerasia Corp. to:
sell chickens from the brother's
Mississippi farm to customers in the
Middle East.
Delinikos' Warren office and his
house now belong to the French bank.
A Trumbell County Common Pleas
Court judge also has granted the bank a
permanent injunction against
Delinikos, preventing him from spen.
ding any more of the bank's money.
