The first will ex- plore the feasibility of opening a city- operated food distribution center. The second will study the need for city emergency housing. THE CDD will evaluate the task for- ce's reports, which are to be released within six weeks, and make specific recommendations to Council. Council will then determine whether to allocate any funds for the projects. The role these task forces, the CDD, and the city itself will play in iden- tifying and relieving poverty needs af- ter the initial report remains' unresolved. Ezekiel called for more study on the problem of the city's responsibility to the poor. "If all we do is throw money toward food and create some task for- ces, I'm left waiting for the indication that we're serious," he said. All of the councilmembers agree that the issue is not fully resolved. The city's responsibility to the poor will probably make up part of Council's agenda for many weeks to come. Evidence 'fl Tylenol case casts doubt on suspects 0 (Continued from Page 1) resemblance to Lewis watching as airline flight attendant Paula Prince, the seventh cyanide victim, made a purchase at the checkout counter. FBI TECHNICIANS in Washington at- tempted to sharpen the blurred photo to determine if the man was Lewis. Illinois Attorney General Tyrone Fahner, head of a massive in- vestigation into the seven Chicago area cyanide-Tylenol deaths Sept. 29-Oct. 2, said he would "separate fact from fic- tion," apparently referring to a number of confusing and sometimes conflicting leads in the hunt for the Lewises. Among them was a published report on a possible motive for the killings. THE COMMERCIAL Appeal in Memphis, Tenn., quoted police Sgt. Jake Dyer in Carl Junction, Mo., Lewis'4 home town, as saying Lewis blamed Johnson & Johnson for the death of his daughter, Toni, 5, in 1974. "Jimmy blamed Johnson & Johnson for the death, apparently because of the medication the litle girl was takng," Dyer said. The child also suffered from Down's Syndrome. Asked if he would still describe Lewis as the "prime suspect," as he had previously, Fahner said, "Not 'the' -'a' prime suspect."4 The search for the couple is still "one of the more substantial leads," Fahner said.
