Officials of both law enforcement departments calmly explained to the crowd at the MSA Security Task Force meeting the practical and financial security constraints on policing the campus. Although the . officers are doing everything in their power to improve campus security, "the bottom line ... is the cost," said Leo Heatly, an official from the University's Department of Safety.
