FFSHOES OFF BOO Choose from such famous brand names as: DUMP #1 WOLVERINES Badger fans amazed By BUDDY MOOREHOUSE Special to the Daily MADISON - The comments from Wisconsin's fans entering Camp Ran- dall Stadium for yesterday's Wisconsin- Michigan game were certainly to be expected. "This is going to be like an exhibition game for Michigan," lamented one elderly Badger fan. "They'll be lucky if they can even score on Michigan," ad- ded a man sipping a beer. AFTER ALL, THE Wolverines en- tered the game ranked first in the nation, and they were playing a Wisconsin team that finished 4-7 overall last season, tied for sixth in the Big Ten. Add to that the fact the Badgers were winless against Michigan since 1962, and it was easy to understand the pessimism. Fortunately for the fans, however, the Wisconsin players were not also resigned to defeat. Playing a superb game, the Badgers upset the Wolverines 21-14, as 68,733 stunned fans looked on.
