The talks would be held by the Israeli t/ and Egyptian negotiating teams that in W10montls have been unable to resolve any of the key issues involved in for- mulating an autonomy plan for -1.2 million Palestinians now living under Israeli control in the West Bank of the Jordan River and the Gaza Strip.
