Min r rout 94, S1' LAOlijjtIlf 73 MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Sophomore Trent Tucker and freshman Randy Breuer each scored 18 points as the Raiders dealt setback SAN FRANCISCO (AP)-A federal judge dealt the Oakland Raiders a legal setback yesterday, three days after National Football League owners voted 22-0 against the team's planned move to the Los Angeles Coliseum. Judge Robert Schnacke of U.S. District Court here sent back to Alameda County Superior Court in Wakland a petition that had been filed by Joseph Alioto, attorney for the Raiders. Alioto's petition asked that an NFL suit charging the Raiders with breach of contract NFL rules be renoved from the state court. The U.S. court automatically had to consider the petition. Another U.S. District Court turned down the petition for removal, but the petition was refiled with added, Sequired documents. Schnacke said in yesterday's decision, "The petition for removal belongs in Superior Court," and he added that the Raiders would be forbidden to file another such petition unless a judge of the district court determines it is proper. The judge added, "I assume all parties have bottomless pockets" to handle legal fees, and he also said about he Raiders' petitions, "On the face of it, this appears to be wheelspinning." The NFL breach-of-contract suit is one of several in the tangled Raiders' legal situation. A hearing in the Alameda County court is scheduled March 25 on the NFL's request for a preliminary injunction which would stop the Raiders from moving. 'The Raiders, however, are taking 1980 ticket orders in Los Angeles, have Turned down a new lease proposal from he Oakland Coliseum and appear Intent on employing every legal offensive weapon in the Alioto playbook o wind up in Los Angeles.
