In the course of the scoring binge, ten men went to the plate against the Hurons as Arizona broke a 6-6 tie. Until that point, the contest was a furio-s see-saw battle of hitting, with batters from both squads slugging just about everything in sight. Neither squad looked as im- pressive as in previous match- es in the tournament. EMU had upset top-ranked Arizona State Tuesday night, and was the only undefeated team in the Series until last night. Arizona made it into last night with only one loss. The finals shape up to be a tough battle between either Arizona or Arizona State, and Eastern. All three now have one loss apiece, with EMU being the last one to lose. This gives the Hurons the bye into the final game. The cross-state ri- vals will battle it out tomorrow night to determine who goes to the championship match.
