charges of grand theft and violation of
business laws for allegedly selling stock
in a company to build a "fuel-less en-
gine." District Attorney's investigators
said the men told potential investors
their "EMA-4 engine" had run nonstop
for 32 hours powered by "static elec-
tricity from the air." They were arrest-
ed Tuesday.
