He said this in- cluded a program aimed at stir- ring enmity between organized crime and the Communist Par- ty and another designed to em- barrass an organization seeking independence for Puerto Rico. The disclosures came in a letter from the attorney general to Rep. Peter Rodino Jr. (D- N.J.), chairman of the H o u s e Judiciary Committee.
