Addressing the Los Angeles Bar Association on Thursday, Carter leveled broad-ranging criticisms at the legal fraternity, prompting a response from the president of the American Bar Association. Carter's latest discussion o lawyers and doctors was prompted by a reporter's question about the ABA reaction.
