group's fund-raising efforts are
being hurt nationally by criti-
cism and publicity drawn by
Bryant's Save Our Children.
Bryant's group was formed to
lead the successful drive to re-
peal a Dade County ordinance
that prohiibted discrimination
against homosexuals in housing
and employment.
Bryant has also announced
that she is writing a book called
"Save Our Children," about the
campaign and against homosex-
uality in general.

National Advertising Council,
said in a deposition that when
two organizations have similar
names, "confusion results which

Another witness, private in-
vestigator Tom Wolfe, said he
was- unable to serve process
papers on Bryant.
At one point, Wolfe said, he
couldn't get anyone to come to
the gate at her Miami Beach es-
