TEU strikers plan picket at City Hall

Negotiators representing the
215 striking TEU workers yes-
terday presented AATA with a
package dealing with roughly
one-half of the contract dis-
pute's unresolved issues.
Although the union had com-
pleted its presentation of pro-
posals to management during
Wednesday's bargaining ses-
sion, Nancy Crumb, adminis-
trative assistant to AATA exec-
utive director Karl Guenther,
said. "There wasn't a lot of
progress made, no issues were
completed.

"some movement" was made
during Wednesday's talks.
"TEU feels what we offered
was substantial movement, but,
except for agreement on two
minor issues, it is our percep-
tion that what we offered was
rejected," said Carol Ernst,
