The two towns were hit repeatedly with napalm fire bombs and rockets killing many Viet Cong and North Vietnamese ac- cording to reports. THE SENATE began debate yesterday on a bill to curb + campaign costs. Under agreements reached yesterday the two major. parties would limit themselves to about $8.3 mililon dollars for the cam- paign in 1972.
