Cambodia TAY NINH, Vietnam {A') - A 10,000 - man South Vietnamese force, spearheaded by 200 ar- mored vehicles, launched a ma- jor new drive into Eastern Cam- bodia this morning, the biggest in six-months. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Van Minh, the commander, said at his head- quarters that the objective was to provide security for the South Vietnamese congressional elec- tions next month and the prey- dential election in October.
