WOMEN WANTED
Ffats Strops reveals sexism
Are you male? Are you female?
If you're the former we want you, but if you're the latter,
we want you even more.
What we want you for in either case is to join The Daily.
Working for The Daily is easy in the summer. All you do is
come in with a radio, listen to the Tigers and other great
teams, and maybe write a few headlines in between rounds of
hearts or bridge. If you feel inspired you can rewrite a dull, drab
story from the wire, or write your own column from scratch.

Give The.
Bar a break
You're the only one who can.
Because all Smokey can do is ask you to help prevent forest fires.
He can't break your matches. Or douse your campfires. Or snuff out
your cigareto.
Only you can.
So, please, lend Smokey a hand.
And maybe while you're at it, lend him your voice too. tell people to
give the bear a break.
He deserves it.
So does America. /
