THE MICHIGAN DAILY Pog Elve BUTKUS SEEKS $1.6 MILLION: Linebacker sues Bears CHICAGO (A_ - Middle line- backer Dick Butkus sued the Chicago Bears for $1.6 million-in damages yesterday, charging the National Football League club with breach of a five-year contract. The Circuit Court suit charged that the Bear management did not provide him with medical- hospital care promised in a contract he signed last July 13. It also said the Bears refused to play Butkus, an all-time NFL star at his position, this year and for the remaining years in the contract. Butkus said in the -suit that he was seriously injured in a game in November and that orthopedic surgeons and the team physicians examined his injured knee and said he was unable to perform the services required of him by the contract. The suit said doctors told Butkus he "may well never again be in the necessary phys- ical condition to play profes- sional football." The suit said extensive in- jections of cortisone and other drugs caused irreparable dam- age to Butkus' knee and added that the treatments were made without advising Butkus of the long-term effects of the drugs. But never quite in the same bizarre light as "NEGA- TIVES. "NEGATIVES" is a Freudian odyssey into a three-way love affair. It is a depiction of sexual aberration, of fetishism, voyeurism and fantasy involvement. It probes. And it penetrates deep into the intellect, to the very core of love. And of hate. "NEGATIVES" is for adults who are ready to accept a very mature look at love in a highly artistic, erotic, and exquisitely photographed film. Are you ready? FIRST RUN ON CAMPUS.
