Cecil Taylor offers
emotional jazz riffs
"As time passes, each generation looks for something
to them," said Cecil Taylor after anexhausting
two sets at Power Center Thursday night. "It's about time.

But somehow - I'm not sure how - it was more
than that. It will take me quite some time to really figure
out the emotionally draining, intense "pure art" sound of
Cecil Taylor.
