Michigan
football
1975-
* lose some
..t ie some
The 1975 football season was
not a typical one for Bo
Schembechler's Wolverines, as
the team finished with an 8-2-2
record. But the season was
not without some exciting mo-
ments, as shown here.
Clockwise from right: Ohio
State's Ray Griffin intercepts
Rick Leach's pass and re-
turns it to Michigan's three,
where Pete Johnson took lit
over for the winning score.
Jim Smith, Michigan's ace
wingback, catches a pass de-
spite three Buckeyes hanging
onto him. Rick Leach rolls
out with Mark Donahue (60)
and Rob Lytle escorting, in a
big win over Michigan State.
Coach Bo Schembechler dis-
cusses strategy with Leach
and split end Curt Stephenson.
