clinical trial of a new, rapidly act-
ing anti-depressant drug. This will
be a double-blind trial, in which
some patients receive a placebo.
Subjects must have been seriously
depressed for between 1-6 months,
be 18-65 years old, and meet other
criteria for inclusion in the study.
Subjects must not have any other
significant medical or psychiatric
problems. The study will last for 4
weeks; all treatment associated with
the study will be free. We will help
