(AP) - Former presidential aide John Erlichman, convicted of conspiracy in the Water- gate cover-up, will appear before a parole board today, one year after he began serving an original eight-year term. Hearing officers Harry Dwyer and Fred Bowersox of the U.S. Parole Commission will review a report by officials of the Swift Trail Federal Prison camp before interviewing Er- lichman for 30 to 45 minutes.
