GOP aide discloses
anti-Muskie sabota

IWASHINGTON (IP) - The Wash-
ington Post quotes White House
press aide Ken Clawson as saying
that he fabricated a letter accus-
ing Sen. Edmund Muskie of a
racial slur during Muskie's cam-
paign in the New Hampshire pres-
idential primary.
The letter was one example of a
campaign of sabotage conceived by
President Nixon's re-election cam-
paign and aimed at Democratic
presidential contenders throughout
this year's primary elections, the
newspaper said in this morning's
editions.
The Post report also detailed al-
leged attempts by Donald Herbert
Segretti to recruit at least three
attorneys to disrupt Democratic
campaign activities during the pri-
maries. The Post said Segretti has
been identified in FBI reports as
"an operative of the Nixon re-
election organization."

the non-communist resistance in
Vietnam, adding "there is no such
thing as anti-communism in Viet-
nam except for Thieu and his re-
gime."
"People who profess to be anti-
communist in Vietnam are just

When you talk about communism
in general, Vietnamese have to
laugh. Nixon went to talk with
Peking, and Vietnam is not as big
a threat to the U.S. as Peking."
Tuyet stresses the Vietnamese
feeling that the Indochinese con-I
flict is a racist war. "People have1
talked to me as if to say, 'Who is
this little yellow woman to tell me
my country has made a mistake,'
she says. This is why she wantsj
to show Americans that "we arej
not just gooks, we are people."
Tuyet and Truong said most of
their audiences have responded
well to their presentations.
"We have 5,000 years (of resist-
ance)," Tuyet says. She cites Viet-
