SGC members from Sand- berg's Reform Party walked out en masse following a recess, breaking the meeting's quorum and preventing consideration of a move to drop criminal charges against three former SGC offic- ers. Gor- don accused Sandberg of seek- ing to prevent a "no" vote on the resolution to press charges against former SGC Presidents Lee Gill and Bill Jacobs, and former Treasurer David Schap- re. officials, vigorously denied the charge of intentional quorum- breaking as chaos ensued in SGC's chambers after the walk- out. CHIKOFSKY replied that he wo'uld be liable for the club's debts money if he released the funds.
