Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. bi- cycle traffic coming to the diag - ill be directed around the West Engineering Bldg. and outgoing traffic will follow a bike path set up through the Engineering Arch. While participation in the ex- periment will not be obligatory for cyclists using the outlined areas, the group says it will try to en- courage participation by means of arrows and other visual aids along the route.
