But if you fill this application out, you wvill be able to vote in August for positions such as U.S. Congressman, County Sheriff and State Senator and Representative. The directions are easy. Fill in your name, ward and pre- cinct in the middle of the form and check why you are request- ing the ballot. Fill in your sum- mer -address and the address listed on your voter registra- tion. Date and sign it. Don't fill out the very top or bottom. But remember, to vote in the August primary, you can't turn in your application to the Clerk until 15 days before the election.
