(P) - Bob Devaney announced yesterday he will coach Nebraska's two-time national championship football team through another season and then retire as head coach, while continuing as athletic director. Devaney said he would recom- mend assistant coach Tom Os- borne as his replacement at the end of the 1972 season. "This has been a difficult decision, whether to continue coaching or to retire," said Deva- ney, 56. "But after careful con- sideration and because of some commitments to players who have been recruited, I have de- cided to coach one more season. "Next fall will be it-win, lose or draw.
