LESS LOT, 4i 144 7q~ 4-.-- - . raIPPii : We are convinced that most parking lots (some of our own included) are too much dead pavement and not enough live grass and trees. That's why our latest parking areas have islands of trees, shrubs and grass between areas of parking. The new Meijer Thrifty Acres just opened has over 400 trees and over 100,000 square yards of lawn. We hope you'll enjoy parking in our parking park! ni WE'LL HELP YOU RETURN / NON-RETURNABLE BOTTLES U THESE MONSTERS Non-returnable bottles have a bad reputation. They're too often found when they shouldn't be and can't account for their presence. You'll find large glass recycling \~bins in the parking lofts of most Meijer Thrifty Acres stores. They are provided as part of our effort to return those non-returnable bottles back to the glass factories. You can help, tool Please sort the bottles by color into the part of the bin so designated. We'll see that they are returned to the foundry. r 4=_" " - -k.. l 11 ; SAV AFOREST A YEAR! _j4~ f5S :x ^ 'a .. , .. , , ' . , V Retail stores produce hundreds of tons of waste paper each year.
