State street in front of the LSA building, Ann Arbor Police reported. According to police, Eleanor Israel, 20, a Natural Resources student from Bethesda, Md. was traversing State street at a crosswalk just before 2 p.m. when her bicycle was struck in the rear by a small southbound vehicle. Police said no arrests were made. Witnesses said the car did not appear to be speeding.
